Let it Snow!

For those of you who haven't been to business school or don't know much about the internship process, all I have to say is it's not a pretty one. Starting the first week of school Westin was already getting bombarded with potential internship opportunities. Recruiters were on campus by the beginning of October and several weeks of dinners, coffee chats, and phone calls followed. Over Christmas break Westin applied to over ten companies for internships for this coming summer. We are now in the thick of this process as he is interviewing with numerous companies and trying to decide what is the best path for his career and our family.

In the midst of all this we have been able to take advantage and enjoy the elements of Chicago. We have continued going on our family runs a few days a week. Morgan has enjoyed the snow, looking at it so intently trying to figure out what it is. The biggest change since our last post is that Morgan is a crawler. She is cruising around the apartment with ease and loves finding new places to play. 

This is Morgans first time crawling forwards. It happened to be while we were video chatting with Mumcie (my mom).
